2. Purpose of the service
MyGym Manager is a software solution designed for the management of gyms, fitness centres, personal training studios and sports organisations.
Available features may vary depending on the subscribed plan, application version and activated modules.
3. Use of the service
Users agree to use MyGym Manager lawfully and in accordance with these Terms, avoiding any activity that could compromise the security, availability or proper operation of the service.
4. Accounts and credentials
Users are responsible for properly managing their credentials and access to devices used with MyGym Manager.
Credentials must not be provided to unauthorised persons.
5. Plans and subscriptions
MyGym Manager may be available through different plans, including Basic, Professional and Premium.
Prices, duration, renewal and financial conditions are those displayed at the time of purchase or subscription.
6. Purchases through external platforms
When a purchase or subscription is made through an external platform, including digital distribution platforms, the purchase, payment, renewal and refund terms of that platform also apply.
7. Updates and changes
MyGym Manager may be updated, modified or improved over time. Certain features may be added, changed or replaced for technical, operational, regulatory or security reasons.
8. Service availability
The service is provided with the aim of ensuring continuity and reliability. Temporary interruptions may nevertheless occur due to maintenance, updates, technical problems or circumstances beyond the provider's control.
9. User-provided data
Users are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and completeness of data entered into the application and must ensure that they are authorised to process any personal data relating to members, customers, trainers or other individuals.
10. Backups
Where available, backup functions provide support for data preservation. Users remain responsible for properly managing their backup copies when using local versions or systems under their own control.
11. Intellectual property
The MyGym Manager software, trademark, graphics, content and distinctive elements are protected by applicable laws and may not be copied, distributed, modified or used without authorisation, except where permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Guardian Alarm Srl shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the software, incorrect configurations, loss of credentials, failures of third-party devices or services, network interruptions or events beyond its control.
13. Third-party services
Certain features may depend on external services, operating systems, payment services, network infrastructure or distribution platforms. The use of these services may be subject to the terms of their respective providers.
14. Cancellation, termination and suspension
The methods for cancellation, non-renewal or termination of a subscription depend on the channel through which the service was purchased.
The provider may suspend access in cases of unlawful use, violation of these Terms or security requirements.
15. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing law
